Volume and shape are restored with a conservative, considered approach, focused on enhancing your natural features & bone structure rather than altering it. As we age, subtle changes in facial support, proportion, and contour can occur, often leading to a loss of balance or definition. Treatment is designed to gently restore these areas, supporting facial harmony while maintaining movement and expression.

Every treatment plan is highly individualised, taking into account your facial anatomy, existing volume, and overall aesthetic goals. The aim is never to overfill, but to achieve refined, balanced results that feel like you, just more refreshed.

A personalised consultation is required to assess your suitability and discuss appropriate treatment options, including potential risks and alternatives. In some cases, treatment may be considered on the same day following a thorough clinical assessment and informed consent.

All medical treatments carry inherent risks, which will be carefully explained during your consultation. You are encouraged to take the time you need to consider your options before proceeding.

Q + A

VOLUME + SHAPE

  • A highly conservative approach is taken, with a focus on restoring structure and balance rather than creating obvious volume. Treatments are performed with precision and restraint to achieve refined, natural results that never appear overfilled or artificial. The intention is not to change your features, but to enhance them in a way that feels effortless, leaving you looking fresher, more balanced, and unmistakably like yourself.

  • This is dependant on consultation, however treatment may be used to support areas such as: temples, cheeks, tear trough, nasolabial folds, lips, chin, jawline, earlobes, backs of hands, marionette lines, and around the mouth, depending on your individual anatomy and goals.

  • Longevity varies depending on the area treated, your metabolism, and the product selected. This will be discussed as part of your personalised plan. As a general rule, products last average 12-28 months.

  • As these are prescription-only treatments, pricing cannot be advertised publicly. A complete breakdown of costs will be provided during your consultation once a tailored treatment plan has been developed based on your anatomy and goals. For more information, please contact me directly.

  • Most patients find treatment very tolerable. The sensation is often described as a small, quick pinch, and discomfort is typically minimal and short-lived. Individual experiences can vary depending on the treatment area and sensitivity.

Ella is known for her gentle technique, with a strong focus on patient comfort. A vibration distraction tool is used during treatment, which many patients find highly effective in reducing discomfort. Numbing cream and ice are also available if required, ensuring your experience is as comfortable and supported as possible.

  • As with all medical treatments, there are inherent risks which will be discussed in detail during your consultation. These may include swelling, bruising, tenderness, asymmetry, infection, and allergic reaction. While uncommon, more serious complications can occur and will be carefully explained as part of your informed consent.

Every treatment is performed with a strong focus on safety, with a thorough clinical assessment to determine your suitability.

As with all medical procedures, outcomes can vary and results cannot be guaranteed. For this reason, treatments are not eligible for refunds.

  • You will be provided with personalised before and aftercare instructions tailored to your treatment. Generally, we recommend avoiding treatment if you are unwell, pregnant or breastfeeding, on antibiotics, or have had a recent vaccination within the past two weeks. Minimising alcohol, anti-inflammatories, and blood thinning supplements such as fish oil prior to treatment may help reduce bruising.

Following treatment, you may be advised to avoid strenuous exercise, excessive heat, alcohol, and pressure to the area for a short period. Mild swelling or bruising can occur and typically settles within a few days. All aftercare guidance will be clearly explained to support optimal healing and results.

We recommend allowing adequate time (4 - 6weeks) prior to important events or travel, and encourage you to contact the clinic if you are unsure about your suitability at any stage.
