With over a decade of experience in cosmetic medicine, Ella is recognised for delivering refined, natural results that prioritise facial harmony, skin quality and long-term ageing. Awarded Australia’s Favourite Cosmetic Nurse in 2018, she has trained and mentored many emerging injectors and continues to be invited to advanced training and educational sessions alongside leading international doctors and surgeons.

Her background includes working within one of Queensland’s leading medical cosmetic clinics, where she developed a comprehensive approach to full-face assessment, combining advanced injectable techniques with medical-grade skin treatments and personalised treatment planning.

Ella does not believe in one-size-fits-all or treating in isolation. Every recommendation is made with careful consideration of the whole face, and never treat unless she genuinely believes it is in her patient’s best interest.

Practising from Herstellen Clinic under the clinical oversight of Specialist Plastic Surgeon Dr Justin Perron, her work is grounded in safety, integrity and a commitment to subtle, considered outcomes.

Outside of clinic, Ella is a mum to her young son and enjoys creating fine-detail artwork — a reflection of the precision and care she brings to every treatment.
